Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Lunova pieces. If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery under the conditions below. By placing an order you accept this Returns Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of marks, deodorant, perfume and pet hair, with the original hygienic liner and tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and items where the hygiene liner has been removed are final sale.
- Final-sale, sample-sale, gift-card and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Start your return at /track or email info@lunova.fashion with your order number. We will issue a return authorisation and instructions. Returns sent without authorisation may be refused or subject to a $10 handling fee.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or shipped in error. We strongly recommend a tracked service — Lunova is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit back to us.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days), eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. Lunova is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe, PayPal, banks or card networks.
5. Partial Refunds & Restocking
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items returned outside the 30-day window or in non-resaleable condition may be refused or refunded at a reduced rate at our sole discretion.
- Bundles (e.g. the 3-pack) returned partially are refunded at the unit price after removing the bundle discount.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and ship a replacement or issue a full refund. This does not extend to normal wear, snags caused by jewellery, or damage from incorrect washing.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or colour.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback before contacting us and giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue is a breach of these Terms. Lunova reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and to recover legal and processing fees.
