Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes our processing times, rates, carriers and the limits of our responsibility once a parcel leaves our warehouse. By placing an order you accept the conditions below in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Processing Time

Orders placed before 1 PM PT on a business day are processed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day. During launch drops, sales and peak periods (Black Friday, December) processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

  • US Standard (USPS / UPS Ground): $6 flat — FREE on orders over $60. Estimated 3–6 business days.
  • US Express (UPS 2-Day): $14. Estimated 2 business days.
  • International: rates calculated at checkout. Estimated 7–21 business days, customs delays excluded.

3. Estimates Are Not Guarantees

All delivery times are estimates only, provided by the carrier. They are not a contractual delivery date. Lunova does not offer compensation, partial refunds or expedited reshipments for parcels that arrive later than estimated.

4. Carrier Delays & Force Majeure

Once a parcel is scanned in by the carrier, the parcel is in their custody and risk of loss passes to the customer. We are not liable for delays, mis-routing or damage caused by USPS, UPS, DHL or any other carrier, nor for delays caused by weather, strikes, pandemics, customs inspections, war, civil unrest or any other event of force majeure.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your parcel as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local depot, then file a claim directly with the carrier within 7 days. Lunova will assist with documentation but is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered. Re-shipments are at our sole discretion and are not a customer right.

6. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee. Re-shipment to a corrected address requires payment of new shipping fees.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are the importer of record and are solely responsible for any duties, import VAT, brokerage fees or local taxes. Refusal to pay these fees does not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.
